As a graduate of Massage Therapy from Algonquin College, I have since treated hundreds of muscle tissue conditions. My expertise is in treating a vast variety of muscle tissue conditions such as neck, shoulder, back and body tension, tension headaches, temporomandibular joint pain, sciatica nerve pain, connective tissue and fascial restrictions, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, tendinitis and many other muscle tissues problems that cause limited range of motion.

**Please note: As Massage Specialist, I am not able to issue receipts for insurance claim purposes. Any clients who require receipts for billing insurance companies must book their appointments with Sylvia MacDonald. She is currently the only Massage Therapist on staff.

Ever since I was a child, for as long as I can remember. I have always felt compassion towards all living things on this beautiful earth. From the trees to the plants, to the animals and the people. When I saw a life in pain, or was lacking something vital to living an optimal life. I felt a deep rooted passion that pushed me to take action and improve their circumstances. I have never wanted to do anything but protect and nurture the life around me. Through my life I have stayed true to the nature of things within me. I have always done this without bias and without limitations. My desire to leave the world better then it was when I found it is an instinct that I see no benefit in denying.

I have always accomplished this with my hands. From building a home, to planting a garden, protecting something from harm, or writing a beautiful song. Nothing brings me more joy or gives me greater purpose than to bring peace to the world around me.

Now as a massage specialist I have the opportunity to continue my journey to enhance the quality of life of the people in my community. So that they in turn can go about their daily lives doing their part to improve the world around them, and without physical hindrance.

Health and wellness is a two-way street that must be maintained. It does not come without hard work and proactive effort. Nothing that brings value to yourself or the world comes easy, but if you have the drive to improve your life, alleviate your pain and relieve the stress of daily life. I have been practicing massage therapy since my registration in 2006 after graduating with honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College. I also have over 25 years experience in the areas of foot reflexology as well as reiki energy healing. Committed to the health and wellness of my clients I strive to offer compassionate therapy sessions designed specifically to suit the needs of each client. I carry out my treatments in a professional and sincere manner maintaining my client’s healing goals in mind. My treatment intention has always remained the same: to offer the gift of health and wellness to each client I meet!
